My mother passed away this past December 2024. I want to honor her memory and spirit by giving back to my Chicago artistic community.
This application is for the chance to receive $100 to put toward your artistic endeavors. Here are some ideas:
-Music lessons/acting classes
-Musical instrument/show costs
-Application fees for school, festivals, etc.
-Recording/project costs
Awards will be made sporadically throughout the year (e.g. when I feel I can comfortably part with some cash). BIPOC/femme/queer applicants will be prioritized, but this is open to all. I ask that you be at least 18 years old to fill out this form, but you can fill it out on behalf of younger folk (such as getting money to help a little sibling take lessons, acting classes, etc.)
